How we choose the properties we publish

Before a property appears on our site, it goes through three steps. First, verification: titles, permits, building condition and energy certificate. Second, presentation: photography, floor plan and a description that says what the property is and what it is not. Third, price: comparables from the area and an honest conversation with the owner. The buyer sees fewer listings, but knows each one is worth their time.
